Although we love little ones, Vogue Salon & Day Spa does not offer child care supervision. We kindly request that you consider your child’s safety and bring them only if they have an appointment for services. Children are not allowed in any area of the salon unless an adult other than the one being serviced supervises them. We appreciate your consideration of the comfort and experience that we try to offer all of our guests. Our goal is your child’s safety and the opportunity for our service providers to give their complete focus to each and every guest.

Before making your appointment, please take advantage of our complimentary consultation to determine the service(s) that best agrees with you. You will be asked to complete a health profile so our Service Providers may take the best care of you and your needs.

Prior to each treatment our Service Providers will talk with you and assess your needs.

To ensure the time and day you need for your appointments, we suggest that you schedule several appointments ahead.

We try very hard to run on time. Our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each service. Please help yourself and others by being on time. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive extension of their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatments, in order to finish on time for our next guest. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the cancellation fees apply. We understand emergencies. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to change and relax.

When a cancellation is necessary, please call at least 24 hours in advance, 72 hours for Spa or group packages. A 50% deposit on a credit card or cash or a purchase of a Gift Certificate will reserve your appointment for Spa Services or any service of 1 hour or longer. Cancellation of a service with less than 24 hours notice for 1-hour services or 72 hours notice for Spa Packages will result in Vogue Salon & Day Spa charging your Credit Card or Gift Certificate the full amount of the service missed. Full price of the service will also be charged to your credit card or gift certificate if no notice is given.

Please note: Dressing time is included in treatment times. Inappropriate action or language is cause for termination of a treatment.

Gift certificates are available at any dollar amount or for specific services or packages. Gift certificates have no cash value and are not refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available for you.

We regret that gratuities cannot be applied to credit cards.

We are a team and if you would like to try your next service with another member of our staff, feelings will not be hurt. Please feel free to try all members of our staff.

For your safety, we have the finest sterilizing systems.

When having a chemical or spa service, we ask that you wear the smocks/robes provided for your comfort and protection.

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your services.

When receiving a massage, we ask that you dress appropriately and wear minimal jewelry. You will be asked to remove your clothing to your comfort level. Keep in mind that any areas of the body still covered can not be massaged. You may choose to wear shorts, a swimsuit, or undergarments for your personal comfort.

You will always be draped with towels or sheets during treatments.

Please refrain from large meals before a massage therapy session.

When receiving any Body Wrap, please be sure to bring and wear an old bathing suit or something similar. Your garment will become wet and you will need something dry to change into. Also, Collagen sometimes can stain clothing and Vogue Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for damaged clothing.

In keeping with Massachusetts State Law and for your safety, when receiving nail or foot care, Vogue Salon & Day Spa will not cut your cuticles.

The metal implements that are used on your nails will be disinfected after every use in the finest hospital grade solution for your safety.

Pedicure foot baths are cleaned every day with manufacturer recommended solutions for the cleanest footbath possible.

Vogue Salon & Day Spa uses only top quality professional products for your nails. We do not use MMA.

We carry and use only the highest quality and professional products.

For the health and safety of our employees and clients, VOGUE SALON & DAY SPA is a non-smoking environment.

We ask that there are no cells phones or pagers on in the salon to establish a relaxing atmosphere.

We recommend NOT shaving the day of any sea salt treatments.
